Incident Description:
I had gone into work for a double, a friend had come in 3 hours prior to us leaving and the bike was still outside. Upon later leaving, i saw my chain cut and sitting on the floor. The chain was locked to a 1 foot diameter tree and the chain was a heavy duty chain link. it was in front of 609 n. dearborn between the hours of 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM
