Incident Description: 
The bike was locked to a single loop bike rack in downtown. I went inside my gym, and when I came out, the cut cable was laying on the ground, and the bike was gone. There were security guards on duty at the gym and the Canadian consulate but, of course, no one saw anything. This was close to sunset, and in heavily trafficked area, and my bike was the only bike on that bike loop. It must have been an obvious crime, that I would expect someone to have seen... ??
