Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Seat had a minor tear some scuffs on frame. Acera Shimano components with rapid-fire release shifter. Bike needed tune-up. Was having trouble shifting to the highest gear.

Incident Description:
The bike was left locked to the metal fence in front of apartment building overnight. The bike was last seen at around 11 pm on June 27 and was noticed missing (along with lock) at about noon on June 28th.
