Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
There is a front fender fixed to the bike and no back fender. The back tire is brand new (slightly larger than the front tire) and has one of those special air pump tubes while the front tire is a traditional regular air thing. The right handle bar has a brand new grip shift as well as the left side. The bike has been reworked manytimes due it being so old. Thanks

Incident Description:
the bike in the picture is what my bike looks like. that is not my bike however. My seat is raised to fit a 6'5" individual. And it had a soft seat cover plus a brand new grip shift on the right handlebar.
