Incident Description:
i am a resident physician at northwestern, i lock my bike to the same bike rack every morning in front of the galter entrance at 5:45 am, every day, today i get out of work, at 5:30 pm, bike is gone, no lock, no sign of a struggle, its my only means of transport, who steals a bike from a hospital??!!
