Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
It's a dark green Univega road bike frame with mountain bike handlebars (risers) and a front brake, but no rear brake. It's a fixed gear, the cages are old and have no straps, and the grips on the bars are glow-in-the-dark.

Front of building in residential area.
How long was the bike locked in this location?:
I left the bike locked to the street sign on sunday night and when i went back to get it tuesday morning it was gone, along with the lock.
