Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Light Blue with Gold Head Tube... Full on Raleigh graphics on forks and frame. Had Cross Terra inverted tread "Cyclocross" tires on it and single speed conversion with flipped/cut bullhorn style handlebars w/ black electrical tape for griptape. Golden bell on handlebar.
