Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
In nearly new condition. Some light scratches on top tube. Both wheels are Alex wheels brand, both are black. The front wheel has much of the black paint rubbed off from the front brake. The brake is a Tektro.

Incident Description:
The bike was locked to a rack outside of my workplace just off of Halsted street on Van Buren. It was locked though the back wheel and frame using an On Guard U lock, as well as the front wheel using a cable.
