Incident Description:
Bicycle locked to bike rack outside of research building on Northwestern Campus at 9 a.m. Bike and ulock both gone upon return after work ~6:20 p.m. No sign of anything at the place where my bike was. Site is a little secluded but not terribly so -- common entry point to the building. I think this was probably done quickly and cleanly by someone who knows how to pick those locks.
