Tall bike built out of British frames. Has full fenders, full length seat stays and working 3-spd hub in rear laced to CR18 rim; believe me if you see it you'll know it.

Incident Description:
I locked my bike up in front of a bar and the lock froze and I left it there. I was unable to get by to get the bike for about 1 week and in that time frame the bike disappeared; it is possible it was removed by the city but that usually takes longer then a week to happen AFAIK.
