Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
The bike had a black rack mounted, it was missing a rear reflector, but had the front one. The brake cables were not cut, but taped to the outside of the frame. The brakes were pretty worn. Otherwise the bike was pretty new looking - essentially about 4 months old.

• How long was the bike locked in this location?: 7 hours, but a friend noticed it still there 1 hour before the theft.

Incident Description:
The bike was locked to an iron fence, nest to another bike which was not stolen. Both bikes had new krypotnite locks, but mine got cut through. My bike was seen by a friend within 1 hour of it being stolen. It was during a party and people were leaving so they must have cut through it quickly.
