Bright red, good condition with new Shimano m520 pedals and OnGuard wheel/seat locking skewers. On the frame, the label Tourmalet is half gone on the top tube. San Marco saddle

Incident Description:
Parked bike in front of office at 9 AM with 2 OnGuard U-locks (had just had previous bike stolen 2 weeks before so I was paranoid). Ulocks were through each wheel and frame locked onto city bike rack. Came out at the end of the workday and bike and locks were gone.
