Incident Description:
I've repeatedly parked my bike here at the corner of Carmen and Clark
streets in Andersonville overnight. The single bike rack was located
directly under a lamp post, next to a restaurant in a medium-traffic
area of the neighborhood. I parked it here Sunday afternoon around 3pm
with my new Kryptonite lock through the tire and frame and saw it
again Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. on my way to work. Returning
Wednesday evening around 7:30 p.m., the bike and lock were completely
gone. Jerks.
