The bicycle is in very good condition. I replaced the regular drop handlebars with bullhorn handlebars that have fully functioning gears and front and rear brakes.

Incident Description:
My bike was stolen between April 21-25 while I was out of town. It was locked to the bar of a bike rack, which I later noticed had been pulled apart to access my bike. I appreciate any information that would lead to my recover of my bike.
