Brand new all black Giant cypress st. It has a mount below the seat where a U-lock would have been and a mount on the right side of the handlebars where a light would have been.

Incident Description:
I locked my bike to a sign post in front of work at 10:15 am. I noticed at about 1:00 pm the bike frame was gone and only the tire remained (I incorrectly locked the bike to the sign.). It was confirmed on camera the bike was stolen between 12:00am and 1:00pm. Unfortunately the camera only captures images every hour.
