Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Brand new, just purchased the day before. Has grey logo and grey/white stripe on fork, top tube and rear arms. There were suspicious guys lurking around the beach where it was taken from after I noticed, I believe it was taken somewhere to be resold. A reward is available.

Incident Description:
I had the bike locked up on a bike rack at north ave. beach along with two other bikes. We used a cable lock and i put mine on the inside of the three, against the rack. We came back approximately and hour and a half later to discover that our bikes were displaced and only mine was missing. They left the cut cable lock at the scene and the other two unscathed. I filed a report the next day and made phone calls to the area bike shops.
What I think happened is someone was watching us as we pulled up and then went up to it with hand cutters to snip the cable and took my bike as soon as we left.
