Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
2008 Model, worn in only slightly. The front wheel and back wheel are different brands and weights as the original matching back wheel was stolen a while ago. There are streaks of red and white detailing on the frame. The handlebar tape, black, is coming undone. Mounted also on the handlebars are two black plastic holdings for a headlight and an odometer.

Incident Description:
I parked the bike on the bike rack underneath the Metra tracks on Cortland. The front wheel and frame were locked to the rack by a ULock, and the back wheel and seat were locked to each other with a coil lock. I parked the bike at 6pm and returned at 11pm to find the bike and locks missing.
