Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Right shifter (for rear derailer) needs replacing as it no longer downshifts properly. Right handlebar tape is torn/shredded. The bike has a small seat bag, a mount for a bike computer, and the pedals are Shimano PD-A530 SPD Dual Platform Pedals.

Incident Description:
Bicycle was inside enclosed parking garage near my parking space along with several other bikes. It was there in the morning and gone by the evening. Apparently several other bicycles have been stolen from the garage recently.
