New bike, 1 year old, bought at the Target. Metal tag at the saddle (our bike registration number in our building). Reflector red light upfront.

• Police Report No.: I tried to call on Sunday late afternoon - but the police didn t pick up for 20 minutes (called 311). So no report still.

• Which type of area was your bike stolen from?: Front of building in residential area.
Incident Description:
I believe the bike was stolen for resale as it looks brand new. The tire was flat when I locked it to the bike rack so that should actually not incentivize people to steal it. On the other side of the street there was an older bike locked to a metal pole that was there when I locked my own bike, and was still there when I came back and my bike was gone.
