Only a year old, very good condition. Had a small riding bag attached under the seat. It's considered a 'woman's bike'.

Incident Description:
The Bike was attached to a fence where many other bikes are locked up, just steps from a bus stop. With a strong U-Lock. I'm confused because I've kept my bike there daily for the last year or so. I appreciate any help from anybody.
