Incident Description:
I regularly locked my bike to the metal hand rail of a bench in my yard. I may have accidentally left the bike unlocked, but it seems very unlikely.
The bike was locked in the same place for over 2 weeks without incident. I'm usually visibly present around my house so maybe someone saw me come home on the bike and leave by foot this afternoon and decided to scope out the scene.
