It is a black 73' Raleigh LTD, with a silver cargo rack. It is missing the fender over the chain and crank, and much of the paint had worn off where the bottom tube met the fork.

Incident Description:
Bike was stolen from backyard, as well as my roommates considerably newer and nicer Raleigh. We believe the thief hopped our fence and then let themselves out from the inside.
