Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Steel frame, used with scratches. Black electrical tape on frame by pedals. Just put on brand new wheels with new wide Bontrager tires. Had brand new Topeak rear luggage with nylon black + yellow zipper case and u-lock attached, but key was not stolen so they can't use the lock.
