Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
New bike, a 2009 Willow Windsor. It's a bright yellow color with black handle bars, a black seat, and black wheels. The frame is very small and there are no foot straps because they fell off last summer. The bike is in good condition, just dirty. My frame also glows at night in the dark.
