Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Pretty good condition; some black electrical tape adhering cables to frame, & the cable casing was starting to fray & rust. The original leather saddle & painted black post had been stolen & later replaced with a nondescript saddle & unpainted metal post.

Incident Description:
