Bicycle is in good condition, a little bit of a rattle on the downstroke. Solid brakes, and 6 mo. old tires, still lots of tread left. Bracket for headlamp, rear reflector removed. Waukegan Bicycle liscense from decades ago on upright just under saddle.

Incident Description:
At some point during the night, the perpetrators cut the lock and absconded with both mine and my wife's bicycles. They were chained to the fence on the parking lot next door to the long room bar.
