Tubus rack with red light wired to dynamo system (the German brand whose name I can't remember).

Incident Description:
Locked my bike at the law school like I do when it's too sloppy to drag it across the carpet in the building. Came outside and it was gone. Found a piece of the U-lock, which was cut with an angle grinder. Will post a picture and serial number when I get home.
