Recovery Information

Recovery Notes: 
A good samaritan saw an abandoned bike at Peet's on North on 3/11 (3 days after the theft), located it on the Chicago Stolen Bike Registry, locked it down, and contacted the owner. The bike had a (different) front wheel on it and looked like it had been ridden to Peet's, despite not being locked.
