Similar handcycle as the picture shown above, but black and fork slightly different. Missing back and seat cushion. I have the spinergy wheels shown. Handcycle was locked in a basement garage.

Recovery Notes:
On 7/31 the victim writes:
Police were able to recognize from surviellance tapes.and arrested suspect. I was then contacted by the Father and brother of the 17 yr old criminal. Both families members apologized profusely for the inexcusable behavior and were able to track down and return both bikes. Thanks to the District 21 Chicago Police for the great work!
