i was skating at the park when someone stole my bike

Recovery Information
Recovery Notes:
On November 19th, victim saw his bike frame (with different components) at the same skate park from which it had been stolen. Victim confronted the person with the bike and he admitted that he bought the frame from a friend and that he knew it was stolen. Victim gave possessor the choice to either let him have his frame back (victim always has a full tool kit to tear everything down but a BB) or he would call the cops and they would just give him the entire bike and he would have a record. So at least he could leave with his junky parts that victim had no interest in keeping. He decided to do that. Victim has his frame back.
