Incident Description
Which type of area was your bike stolen from?:
Front of building in residential area.
How long was the bike locked in this location?:
About 3 hours. I went up to see a friend who lives in the building and the bike was gone when I returned.
Incident Description:
I believe that the thief/ves walked into the apartment building complex where my bike was locked to the bike rack, cut the lock, and threw/hung the bike over the fence that marks the boundary of the apartment community. Then they walked out to the other side (outside) of the boundary grabbed the bike off the fence and rode it away. If they had ridden the bike from the front of the building, the doorman would have seen them and tried to stop them.
