Bike was in a locked apartment or residence.

The bike was in my apartment when it was taken. My apartment door was unlocked.
Incident Description: 
The bike was taken from my apartment between 5-7am. Someone walked into the apartment took the bike and walked out. The door was unlocked. My roommate may have left the door unlocked. They didn't take anything else, but the bike.

On April 2 2013, the victim writes: My bike was found late last August. Another cyclist saw it hanging in the window at CashAmerica on North and Damen and thought it looked suspicious, so he looked it up on the Chicago Stolen Bicycle Registry and contacted me." The bike was returned to the owner with police assistance.
