Incident Description:
Bike was in a locked basement storage, but not locked to anything in the room (there's nothing for us to lock bikes too). Vagrant who was evicted from the same building a year ago still had a key to these rooms and was living down there. He is in his early 30s, Puerto Rican. He has already tried to bring it other bike shops, I asked at them and they identified my exact bike and this man.
NOTE: the picture is from when I first bought it so it doesn't have the shimano clip-in pedals on it at the time the picture was taken.
