Incident Description:
The bike was locked to itself and left in my backyard against the house. I suspect that in the 90 minutes it was unattended, the thief/thieves jumped my backyard fence and carried the bike out. U-lock was stolen with the bike, so it was likely lifted/carried.

Recovery Information

Recovery Notes:
On September 14 2013 the victim wrote to report that her bike appeared on craigslist and she tried to elicit police help to recover it but they refused to offer any help on the grounds that she didn't have record of her serial number. She reports paying $30 to get her bike back. :-(
