Incident Description:
I locked it to a fence in front of a building (426 surf) that said "do not lock bikes" only because there were 7 other bikes currently locked to this fence and the girl who's apartment it was said it was completely fine. None of the other bikes seemed to be stolen. I honestly think the thief might have seen the sign and thought: "this guy had it commin".
