Unknown exact incident date. Last time seen 4 weeks ago in locked basement storage area. Bike was U-locked to a chain fence inside storage area. Bike, lock and helmet are all gone. This area is well protected to intruders so it could be someone who lives in the building and has access to the storage area. Bike was reported on 8/11/14 to be at Ciclo Urbano in Humboldt Park to be repaired.
On 10/17/2014, the CSBR received notice from the victim that the bike had been recovered: "The bike shop--Ciclo Urbano, that first spotted the bike and reported it to me--kept an eye out for the kid who had the bike. He came in last week to get a flat tire fixed and the bike shop was able to have the police come and recover the bike. He claimed his dad bought it for him from a guy at the gas station for $50. The U lock was still on it."
