Incident Description:
Parked in front of Loop office building on W. Madison, across from Chase Bank, at 3:15 pm on Saturday afternoon. When I came out at 6:15, it was gone. Thought it would be safe because my office building has security desk within line of sight of bike rack and a steady stream of people were heading to lakefront.... Guess I thought wrong.
