Bike was locked through frame inside gated back yard area of residential apartment complex to the bottom of a wooden staircase's railing. Bike locked around 7 p.m. on October 20th, 2014, and bike was gone by 9 a.m., October 21st, 2014. Another bike was also stolen in the same time frame, it was unlocked and on the second-level porch.
