The handle bars where had white tape around them. The bike had one black colored brake for the left hand. It had a sticker that said thank you on the front frame. Had another sticker on the frame under the seat.

Locked in front of oglive train station downtown (500 w Madison) overnight. Discovered missing in about 22 hours
Incident Description: 
Eighter someone stole it by cutting the lock or the building took it. I have no idea how to find it if the building took it. There is many cameras where the bike was locked. I remember a police officer sitting in his cruiser watching me lock the bike. (This made me very self concious) I double checked to make sure the bike was locked well.
