Incident Description:
I lock my bike underneath our front stairs practically every night unless the weather is foul. The bike is pretty much invisible from the street, unless you walk up 19th place (which has very little foot traffic).
The U-Lock is attached to a secondary cable lock which is wrapped around a 4"x4" post on the front stairs. The lock on the cable was cut and slipped through the u-lock. So the bike is free but the lock still attached.
