The bike is parked in the same spot daily during the week. This afternoon it was parked there between 4-5 hours.
Incident Description:
Bike was locked to a metal pipe inside school garage. There was a U-Lock through the front wheel but not connected to the frame, and a combination chain lock through the rear wheel and the frame. I went out to the garage and found the chain lock cut and the front wheel still connected to the pipe with the U-Lock.
