Incident Description:
Bike was locked with both a newer ulock and a combination cable lock to a chain link fence. The cable lock was around one of the solid upright poles holding the fence up, going through the frame and front wheel. Due to the location of the pole and size of the ulock, the ulock was only though some of the chain link fencing. Both locks and the bike were gone. They disappeared between 1:30pm and 3:00pm from inside a locked parking lot facing an alley.
