Incident Description:
My bike was locked using a cable through the frame and wheel, which was wrapped around the rack, and attached to the ULock locking the frame and front wheel on my boyfriend's bike. They were locked to a bike rack on the corner of Adams and Lasalle in downtown. We were gone for 2 hours, and when we came back the cable locking my bike to the other and the rack had been cut and my bike was gone. My boyfriend's bike was left unattached to the rack with the U-Lock on.
