Incident Description:
I PARKED/LOCKED MY BIKE AT WORK, WHICH IS FEDERAL PROPERTY. THE BUILDING CAMERA SHOW A MALE SUSPECT ENTERING THE PROPERTY WALKING DIRECTLY TO MY BIKE, CROUCHING DOWN, TAKING A SMALL OBJECT OUT OF HIS BOOKBAG AND MANIPULATE THE LOCK. THE MALE SUSPECT THEN STOOD UP, GOT ON BIKE AND PULLED OFF.
