Incident Description: 
Bike was locked to a Pay to Park sign outside the fire station on Halsted near Diversey. The back tire was stuck from the recently filled inner tube popping out, making the bike unrideable/unable to be wheeled unless it was picked up and carried. I locked it Friday evening and returned Sunday morning to take it to the nearby Performance Bikes but it disappeared sometime in between.
