Silver with black 24 gear (I think) Specialized Roadhopper was stolen from 1850 N. Clark on 7/13 around 7pm. The bike had been locked but someone must have used bolt cutters and took the bike.

I left bike for about an hour locked to a street sign outside of 1850 N Clark and when I came back the bike and lock was gone... there were pieces of the lock on the ground but it looked like it had been cut.
