Used regularly, but in good shape. Both brakes needed replacement, and the rear wheel was slightly out of true. Seat was non-stock, as that was stolen previously and replaced. One front and one rear light, both small and of the "stretchy" type that loops around a tube and hooks onto itself.

May have happened anytime between 2017-08-25 6pm and 2017-08-27 at 2pm. Bike was parked in the underground garage of a condo building, which requires keycard access but which is fairly easily gotten into by following another entering vehicle.
