Bike was inside an apartment building with a locked front door. Bike was on a third-floor landing (hallway) just outside the owner’s apartment. The area has no foot traffic and is generally accessed only by the bike-owner/roommate. The bike was not locked to anything. It was taken overnight between 5/1/18 and 5/2/18.
