Incident Description:
I locked my bike to a street sign around 3:30pm on W Aldine Ave close to Lake Shore Drive and went inside the building at 3270 N Lake Shore Dr until 6:00 pm when I noticed that my bike wasn't there anymore and that the lock had been cut and left on the pole.
