Actual time and date specifically are unknown. Suspected to have been stolen between 9/15/18 and 9/24/18. I suspect they entered through the back door. Bike was locked to a bike rack that was bolted down to the cement floor in the basement of my apartment complex. The front wheel was locked to the rack with my U-lock and was not opened or tampered with. The entire frame was stolen with the front wheel left locked to the rack, and the back wheel was left in the hallway of the back stairwell.
